You're Not Behind on AI. You Just Don't Know Which Task to Hand Over First

You're not behind on AI. You just don't know which task to hand over first.

Here's the plain version. Four places it almost always fits, and what it actually looks like.

Leads: agents that read the places your buyers show up, score them against what a good customer looks like to you, and put the short list in your CRM, off-the-shelf or custom-built.

Follow-ups: agents that pull actions from the meetings you attended and add them to your task list, filed against the client they belong to.

Invoices: agents that track what's unpaid, read where each conversation stands, and send reminders.

Support: agents that answer from your own FAQs and records, take care of the simple requests like a reschedule or an order status, and pass you the rest.

Notice that all of this moves data around, and tools like Zapier do that for twenty dollars a month. The difference is the deciding. Those tools follow a rule you wrote in advance. These read what's actually in front of them and work out what to do, and that part gets built around your rules and your mess. Built that way, the rules stay yours, the data stays in your business, and the subscription stops.

It helps to start with whichever one you resent most. That is usually only a few days of build.

I build these. If that's a conversation worth having, feel free to reach out.
