I Turned Filmmaking Into an AI System

Most people treat generative video as one prompt at a time. I broke the craft into machinery instead: character arcs, world rules, shot language, editing rhythm, color, score, pacing, payoffs. Each one a component an agent can reason about and run, the instincts of good filmmakers turned into systems that build characters, worlds, and whole films.
Five months ago this was all manual. No MCP for half my tools, so every pipeline was hand-run. I curated and edited the last three videos entirely by hand. Now the system runs them.
The strangest part: it's gotten good enough to help build itself. That still feels a little crazy to write.
I think the next great stories won't only come from Hollywood. They'll come from whoever can build the systems to tell them. That's what I'm building.
Doesn't matter what your title or background is. If you're building in this space, feel free to start a conversation with me.
